Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We guarantee that all braided ropes sold on our website are hand-woven, and the product images displayed are photos of actual ropes we weave.
We can’t guarantee 100% exactness between each piece (because we hand-weave, not machines, please understand), but we do our best to ensure the same weaving technique, dimensions, and rope style and type as the product images.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view all sales information related to you in “My Account”. At the same time, we will also send order information to your corresponding email address.

How do I login to my account?

To log in to your AstralKnots account, click “My Account” from the website’s menu, enter your login information, and click “Log In.”

Where to download and learn courses?

What is the validity period of purchased downloads and courses?
