• Intellectual Property: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all intellectual property rights in and to any and all content you upload. We are not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement arising from the images you provide.

• License to Use: By submitting any content to our website, you grant Astral Knots a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute such content strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your order and creating your custom product.

• Prohibited Content: We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to reject orders and refuse to print any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or that violates any party’s intellectual property.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
