Shipping: All astralknots prints are 100% custom-made to order. Please allow 2-4 days for production. After shipping, standard delivery usually takes 7 to 12 business days. We proudly offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Returns: Because our prints are custom-made using your personal photos, all sales are final, and we cannot offer returns or exchanges. Please carefully review your selected image effects and sizes before placing an order. However, if your physical art piece arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately for a replacement or solution.

How many photos do I need to provide?
It depends on the effect you choose! For a 2-Image Flip, you need to upload 2 photos. For a 3-Image Flip, you need 3 photos. If you select the 3D Depth effect, you only need to upload 1 clear photo.
What if I don’t like the design preview?
If you don’t like the digital layout we send you, we will edit it based on your feedback. We offer unlimited free edits. We only start printing once you tell us you are 100% happy with it.
Can I only use human portrait photos?
Not at all! You can use any pictures you like. We can create moving art from family portraits, wedding memories, couples, pets, cars, or even your favorite anime characters. Any photo is welcome!
Do you share my custom artwork online?
